Genuine Exchanges Only – We accept exchanges for valid reasons like receiving a damaged or wrong product.
Opening Video Required – For any exchange, please send a clear unboxing video (from opening the package till the damage is shown) to our WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
Inform Within 12 Hours – You must inform us within 12 hours of receiving the item.
